Scope of this policy

This policy describes how nolimetangereguide.ph collects, uses, and protects information from its visitors. It covers all pages of the site, including the chapter summaries, character profiles, lessons, and practice exercises. It does not cover external sites that we may link to.

What data we collect

This is an educational site and it does not require registration or sign in. We do not ask for your name or email address to read the chapters, character profiles, lessons, or practice exercises. There are only two ways data may reach us, and both are described below.

First, non personal usage statistics through Google Analytics 4, such as:

The pages you visit and how long you stay on them;
How you arrived at the site, whether through a search engine or by entering the URL directly;
Your device type, browser, and operating system, along with an approximate location based on IP address;
The date and time of your visit.

These statistics are not used to identify you personally. We do not sell, rent, or trade data with advertisers.

Second, the details you choose to type into the contact form. That form asks for your first name, last name, email address, and message. We use those details only to read and reply to your message. They are delivered to our email inbox and are not used for marketing, not sold, and not shared with anyone else.

How we use the data

We use the statistics to understand which chapters, characters, and lessons are most useful to students, to improve the content and the speed of the site, and to identify technical problems. The goal is to make this study guide better for students and teachers.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. Google Analytics sets small text files called cookies in your browser. These cookies are first party, which means they are set under the site domain on behalf of Google. The following cookies are used:

Third party services

The only third party service used by the site is Google Analytics, which is operated by Google. When you visit the site, Google may process usage data under its own privacy policy. We have no control over the cookies and data held by Google. We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels, or any marketing partners.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines, you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, and to object to the processing of your personal data. Because we do not collect personal identifiers, the analytics data does not give us a way to identify you personally. If you have any question about your data, you may contact us.
