These terms explain how you may use the site and its content. This page is available in English and Tagalog.

Overview
These terms govern your use of nolimetangereguide.ph. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Educational purpose
The site is an independent study guide for Noli Me Tangere by José Rizal. It is for general educational use by students, teachers, and readers. It is not an official publication of the Department of Education, any school, or the Rizal family. It is not a substitute for reading the novel or for the guidance of your teacher.
Use of content
You may read, print, and share links to the site for personal, classroom, and non commercial educational use. You may quote short passages with a clear attribution and a link to the page. You may not:
- copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the site;
- scrape or download the site in bulk, including with automated tools;
- sell, license, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission;
- remove attribution or copyright notices;
- present the content as official material from a school, the Department of Education, or another organization.
The summaries and explanations on this site are original. Noli Me Tangere itself is in the public domain. Character names and plot elements belong to the novel and are used for commentary and education.
Your submissions
If you send a correction, suggestion, or message through the contact form, you confirm that the content is yours or that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use the suggestion to improve the site, without payment or obligation. We may edit, publish, or decline a suggestion. Do not send confidential information or material that you do not have permission to share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that violates any law;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, server, or accounts;
- introduce malware or interfere with the operation of the site;
- use automated systems to send spam or excessive requests;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- misrepresent your connection to the site.
We may block access or take other steps if we believe that these rules have been broken.
Third party links and services
The site links to external sites such as Google and Resend. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Their terms and policies apply when you use them.
Advertising
The site does not currently display third party advertising. If we introduce advertising, we will update these terms and the Privacy Policy before ads appear.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors. We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer
The content is provided for general information and education only. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Different editions and translations of Noli Me Tangere may use different names, spellings, or chapter numbering. Always check your assigned text and your teacher's instructions. The site is not legal, medical, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, nolimetangereguide.ph and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of the Philippines, unless the law requires otherwise.

Pangkalahatang ideya
Ang mga tuntuning ito ay namamahala sa paggamit mo sa nolimetangereguide.ph. Sa paggamit mo sa site, sumasang-ayon ka sa mga tuntuning ito. Kung hindi ka sumasang-ayon, huwag gamitin ang site. Dapat basahin ang mga tuntuning ito kasama ng aming Patakaran sa Pribasidad.
Layuning pang edukasyon
Ang site ay isang malayang gabay sa pag-aaral ng Noli Me Tangere ni José Rizal. Para ito sa pangkalahatang gamit pang edukasyon ng mga mag-aaral, guro, at mambabasa. Hindi ito opisyal na publikasyon ng Department of Education, ng anumang paaralan, o ng pamilya ni Rizal. Hindi ito kapalit ng pagbasa sa nobela o ng patnubay ng iyong guro.
Paggamit ng nilalaman
Maaari mong basahin, i-print, at ibahagi ang mga link sa site para sa personal, classroom, at non commercial na gamit pang edukasyon. Maaari kang mag-quote ng maiikling bahagi kung may malinaw na attribution at link sa pahina. Hindi mo maaaring:
- kopyahin, i-republish, o ipamahagi ang malaking bahagi ng site;
- i-scrape o i-download ang site nang buo, kabilang ang paggamit ng automated tools;
- ibenta, i-license, o gamitin ang nilalaman para sa komersyal na layunin nang walang nakasulat na pahintulot;
- tanggalin ang attribution o copyright notices;
- ipakita ang nilalaman bilang opisyal na materyal ng paaralan, ng Department of Education, o ng ibang organisasyon.
Ang mga buod at paliwanag sa site na ito ay orihinal. Ang Noli Me Tangere mismo ay nasa public domain. Ang mga pangalan ng tauhan at elemento ng kuwento ay bahagi ng nobela at ginagamit para sa komentaryo at edukasyon.

Mga panlabas na link at serbisyo
May mga link ang site sa panlabas na site tulad ng Google at Resend. Hindi namin kontrolado ang mga site na iyon at hindi kami responsable sa nilalaman o privacy practices nila. Nalalapat ang kanilang mga tuntunin at patakaran kapag ginagamit mo sila.
Advertising
Wala kaming ipinapakitang third party advertising sa ngayon. Kung maglalagay kami ng advertising, ia-update namin ang mga tuntuning ito at ang Patakaran sa Pribasidad bago lumitaw ang mga ad.
Pagiging available at mga pagbabago
Maaari naming baguhin, suspendihin, o alisin ang anumang bahagi ng site anumang oras. Hindi namin ginagarantiyahan na laging available ang site o walang error. Maaari naming i-update ang mga tuntuning ito, at magbabago ang petsa sa itaas. Ang patuloy na paggamit pagkatapos ng update ay nangangahulugang tinatanggap mo ang binagong tuntunin.

Ang mga tuntuning ito ay pinamamahalaan ng mga batas ng Pilipinas. Anumang hindi pagkakasundo ay sasailalim sa mga korte ng Pilipinas, maliban kung iba ang hinihingi ng batas.
